Team ABC would meet at Meadowvale community centre at 8:30am. The run starts at 9:00am sharp.

Although it says 'Run' the event is designed to fit the preferences of every participant. You can run, walk, bike or take a wheelchair for that matter. The distance you want to cover is also flexible. Your participation is what counts the most.
